Almost reminiscent of one of my favorites, The Velvet...you know who. I find it interesting when bands incorperate really interesting design and artwork into their presentation of themselves. By doing so, I think that it only ads to their credibility as "true artists". I recently picked up an old vinyl by the MC5, another one of my favorites, and they also have some interesting artwork on the album itself. That cd layout is pretty amazing!
